Marketing Oklahoma City's Homes
MAXIMUM EXPOSURE
FOR YOUR HOME....
The key to any marketing plan, especially in real estate marketing, is
to identify the direction that you are going to take in order to
maximize exposure to the right demographic of purchasers.
Online real estate marketing is not the way of the future it is the way
of today. Ninety percent of all buyers use the Internet in their search
for a home. I have assembled a marketing plan that will help achieve the
highest results when marketing your home.
4.
Email Flyer -
Once your home is listed a Flyer will be email to approximately 3000
local realtors. This Flyer will include photos, home features and
property description.

1.
Listed on up to 25 national websites -
Your home will be listed on up to 25 websites. These
websites will give your home a local and national audience. Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillow have a combined
monthly viewership well over 20 million.

2.
Home Video Tour -
A home video tour will be shot, this video tour give
prospective buyers a much better sense of what your home and neighborhood is
like. This is especially important for out-of-town buyers who can now feel
like they are actually there.

3.
Single Page Website -
You will receive a Single Page Website with its own
custom URL and yard sign. This website will include your Video Tour, photos
and features of your home.

5.
Staging -
Home staging is beyond decorating and cleaning.
It's about perfecting the art of creating moods. Staging makes your house
look bigger, brighter, cleaner, more loving and most of all, it makes home
buyers want to buy it. Staged homes tend to sell faster than homes not
staged.

6.
Professional Photographer -
Real estate photos are worth more than a thousands
words and making every pixel count is more important than ever. We employ a
professional photographer to capture all the best features and assets that
your home has to offer.

7.
Google Adwords -
I will develop a custom Google Adwords campaign and
advertisement which will be displayed alone with the search results on
Google.

8.
Google Earth/Street View -
An interested buyer can "fly over" your neighborhood then
"zoom down" to street level and take a look at your home. This is a great
feature for out of town buyers.

9.
Facebook -
Facebook has become one of the leading Social Media outlets, it can be used
to inform Realtors and potential buyer that a home is on the market.
